Order instructions:  Click on item number, click how many plate blocks wanted, then in contact seller - tell me which plate blocks you want, You can pay for the group or let me pull the plate blocks from the file and invoice you for those in stock that match your request.  Any over payment for out of stock items will be refunded through paypal.

Additional plate blocks purchased by me will be added in the ( 0 ).  Insurance is charged on all purchases over 25 dollars and is charged at the current post office rate and will be included in the shipping/handling charges when calculated for multiple items purchased.   Most items will be mailed through the US postal system.  Orders over 25 dollars sent to other countries will be shipped by registered mail only - with current post office registration fee of $ 13.95 added to the shipping/handling.

Yes I do combine items for shipping.  Items will be normally be shipped in 1 business day from date of payment unless I am out of the office at a stamp or coin show or buying more items to list.  Upon return to my office I will ship items out the next business day.
