Return Policy
LXY wants you to feel comfortable with your online purchase and your satisfaction is our number one priority. Any items purchased from LXYBOUTIQUE.com may be returned or exchanged (exceptions apply, please see below) within 14 days of purchase. You must notify us within THREE DAYS of receiving the item of your intent to return the item and a reason why. All items must be in their original unused condition including all accessories, including box, papers, hang tags and any protective plastic/tape for a full refund or store credit of the purchase price less any shipping/insurance costs. Please contact us via email or by phone for a RMA number. Once your return is approved you will receive a RMA number for your return. Any returned items without a RMA number are not eligible for return and delivery will be refused. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving a RMA number and must be insured for the full value of the item with tracking and signature required at time of delivery. Make sure to clearly label your RMA number on the box. Please refrain from wearing/using the item until you are 100% positive that you will be keeping the item. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed) or any straps cut from watches until you are positive that you are keeping the piece. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a detailed letter indicating the problem, the return address, contact phone numbers and an email address. Please note any special or custom orders do not carry a return policy. We will not replace or refund any item once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt to insure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing.

Watch Warranty
For your piece of mind we offer a 1 year warranty on the mechanism/movement. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with the mechanism we will provide you with a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label and one of our highly qualified watchmakers will service the timepiece. For insurance to be active, please be sure to obtain your drop off receipt once the package is dropped off to the designated carrier. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.
Jewelry Warranty
In the unlikely event that your jewelry breaks from a manufacturer defect within the first year of purchase we will provide you with a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label and one of our highly qualified jewelers will repair the piece. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, Straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse. For insurance to be active, please be sure to obtain your drop off receipt once the package is dropped off to the designated carrier. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through LXY Boutique. Jewelry repaired or tampered with by any other source will void all warranties. LXY Boutique will cover all parts and labor to repair the piece if it’s a manufacturer’s defect.
