This is a 24X36 high quality, high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper (see my feedback) of a 1904 E. Robinson plat atlas map of the Town of Montclair in Essex County, New Jersey. It includes Montclair Military Academy, Public School #8, Y.M.C.A. and Montclair Athletic Club and High School. It is in Mint condition.
Plate 23: covers from Crestmont Rd. to Park St. and from Crescent St. to Berkley Place.
Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick; Blue is Stone; Yellow is Wood, Brown is Half Frame. Yellow box with an X = Stable or Barn. See key for what all the symbols indicate.
