Bromley plat atlas map of the City of New Rochelle in Westchester County, New York. It includes Travers, Glen & Neptune Islands, Public School #3, Residence Park and the New York Athletic Club. It is in Mint condition.

Plate 19: covers from the Woodside Ave. to Long Island Sound and from Park Drive to Meadow Lane.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick; Brown is Stone; Yellow is Wood and Blue is Iron.  Pink box with an X = Brick Stable or Shed, Yellow box with an X = Wood Stable or Shed.  See key for what all the symbols indicate.
