Heisey Glass Bead Swag Pickle Dish Souvenir Shell Lake Wis Clear Ruby Stain, 6 1/8" x 3 7/8", 1 3/4" T.  Produced ca 1899-1903.  No trademark. Two very small chips on edge, but otherwise for age condition - excellent (see 2 below) - no cracks, or cloudiness.

Very Good- Used shows wear (scratches and/or abrasions) consistent with age of item; 4.) Fair - Shows considerable wear (many scratches or abrasions) and/or chips and/or cloudiness; 5.) Poor- Considerable wear and/or minor to severe damage
