This is a 24x36 high quality, high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper (see my feedback) of a 1917 G.W. Bromley plat atlas map of the Borough of Richmond (Ward 5) in Staten Island, New York. It includes the Woodrow & Rossville areas where the Grand Oaks Country Club can be found and Public School #6.  

It is in Mint condition.

Plate 40: covers from Vernon Ave. to Pleasant Ave. (Bloomingdale Rd.) and from Arthur Kill Rd. to Ramona Ave.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick or Stone and Yellow is Frame. Yellow Box with an X = Stable or Shed.  See key for what all the symbols indicate.
