Shipping Method

Economy Shipping: Airmail with NO TRACKING. Average 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please do not make any "Item Not Received" (undelivered) claims before 30 days.

Standard Shipping: Ships by Registered Airmail, with tracking. Average 7 to 14 days for delivery, 4-8 weeks to South America. (Limited tracking to Canada and Australia.)

Expedited Shipping: Ships by EMS Express Mail. Fastest service, global tracking. Average 3-5 days to USA, 5-10 days to most other places, 2-4 weeks to South America.

Delivery times are estimates and additional delays can happen.

NOTE: We do NOT use "SAL" (Surface Air Lift) shipping. SAL items are frequently lost or damaged and generally take twice as long to arrive. Please avoid SAL shipping if you can.

We always do everything possible to ensure your purchase passes through customs smoothly. However some items may be charged tax or duty, especially in high-tax areas such as Europe and Canada. In this case the import taxes, duties, and customs fees (if any) are paid buy the buyer. iBuy.jp does not collect tax or duty and these charges are not included in the item price.

We ship Monday to Friday, except for Japanese National Holidays.

When will I receive my purchase?

This varies depending on the destination country and shipping type. First Class Air Mail to the US, Canada, Australia, and most countries in Europe generally takes 7 to 14 days. EMS to the same regions is generally 3 to 7 days. Any shipment can be delayed by slow customs processing but we do our best to speed customs clearance.

Do you combine shipping?

We can combine shipping for most items. However exceptionally large items are sometimes not combinable due to size/weight/packing issues. In particular both large camera lenses and fishing rods are difficult to combine with other items.

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped directly from our offices in Osaka, Japan.

Which shipping services do you use?

Most of our items ship using one of Japan Post's international services. DHL and FedEx are available upon request, please ask for a quote. The exact Japan Post services offered for this item can be found in the "Payment & Shipping" section immediately above this FAQ.
