- Please place your order before 3.00pm for same day dispatch.

- We will use Interlink Express for orders being dispatched Monday-Thursday. Orders being dispatched on a Friday will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

- Orders will be received the next working day; an order dispatched on a Friday is only guaranteed to be delivered on the following Monday but may arrive on a Saturday.

- For Interlink Express deliveries - You'll receive a 1 hour delivery window by SMS or e-mail and you'll be able to live track your order on its way to you. If you'll be out, you can change your delivery date, ask to deliver to your preferred neighbour or have it delivered to a safe place at your address.

- For Royal Mail Special Deliveries - You should receive your order by 1.30pm the next working day

Notes on DPD services:

You'll receive a delivery window by SMS or e-mail with the choice to leave your order in a safe place, delivered to an alternate address or to change the delivery date*.

*Delivery window timeframes and in flight options vary from country. Deliveries to Germany will get a 1 hour delivery slot, deliveries to France will get a 2 hour delivery slot. Other countries vary between 1-6 hours. No delivery slots to Italy at present. But services are being improved all the time.

International Signed-For service information – this is a more secure priority handling service than standard airmail.  Customers that have had problems with the postal service are advised to choose this option or DPD (Italian customers must choose one of these options).  The International Signed-For service has a tracking facility.  A signature is required upon delivery.

*Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.

Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.  

If you have not received your order within these timeframes please contact us as items do occasionally get lost in the post.  We will then arrange a reshipment.

We make every effort to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in the original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size* / colour if preferred.  Refund will not include the shipping costs (unless we are in error).

Please fill out the returns form on the back of the invoice that was sent with your order, stating whether you would like a refund or exchange.

If you no longer have the invoice, please include a note with your ebay username, name and address details, clearly stating the reason for the return or exchange. If you would like to exchange your item or item’s for another colour or size please state which ones.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of your return. Please allow 5 working days. We will e-mail you once your refund has been processed, please only contact us if you still haven't heard from us after 5 working days of us receiving the return.

Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave, makeup or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

*We ask all our customers to choose their sizes with care using the size charts/measurements provided.

In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged/faulty goods, please contact us through the ebay contact form and we will arrange an immediate replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
