Very Vintage Donald Duck Bank - Leeds Cold-Painted China Circa 1940's (based on the copyright mark) Walt Disney - The paint was not fired on so in this particular piece there is a lot of missing paint, chipped or worn. The bank itself was "broken into" to liberate the coins at some point so there is damage to the underside of the foot. But Donald perseveres and persists so here he is..
