The item will only be classified as 'lost' if it has not been delivered 15 or more working days after it was due to be delivered (10 working days for a Special Delivery™) For international items this is 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of the World. After this time has passed we will be able to make a claim for it's loss with the Royal Mail Ltd. No replacements will be sent before the claim has been settled with the Royal Mail Ltd. Full proof of postage is at hand for all items sent and can be e-mailed to you should you wish so. Any replacement items sent out before settlement will need to be paid for by the buyer in full in all cases.
