This is a brand new Vita Spa headrest. Used on many different models by MAAX spas Industries from 7/28/13 to present. The thickness on the perimeter is about 3/8".

Note: I'm also selling an almost identical pillow with groove where the thickest part is about 3/4" Please search my store for item part number 108727 and compare before you make this purchasing or contact me if any questions.
