Delivery Times:

Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 postal method, it will take 1-5 days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days. (It can take 3-15 days for an international item to be delivered depending if going to Europe or the Rest of the World)

All of our merchandise is stocked at our UK warehouse therefore there are no delays in despatch and posting. Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make sure you check ebay messages as we will contact you via that method.

Stress-free and simple steps to requesting a refund:

a) All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System.

b) Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.

c) Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.

d) Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
