Sale Tax

A sales tax will be applied if you are a California resident. Refer rate to Alameda County. If you need to waive the sales tax, please submit your request and reseller permit before complete the transaction payment. No refund of sales tax once the transaction has been completed.

Shipping & Handling

We ship daily on business day via USPS and FedEx / UPS. Normally payment received before 12 P.M. can expect to be shipped the same day. The shipping cost is for Continental United State only. Please contact us for actual shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska and International or other shipping options. For international customers, we ship worldwide via EBay Global Shipping Program. We are only responsible for domestic shipping to GSP Hub. Buyer please contact EBay for question about shipping cost including custom fees and/or import taxes.

Warranty & Return

1.     If products with direct manufacturer warranty, please contact manufacturer directly for Technical support and defective exchange

2.     To avoid ordering wrong items, buyers should read item description carefully and send email to us to clarify any questions before making a bid

3.     Buyer pay for return to us. All Returns require an RMA #

4.     All returned items must be the same condition as shipped in order to receive a refund

5.     15% restocking fee applies unless our testing confirmed the reported defect
