Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping on 100% of our products.  Paid orders received before 12:00 (PST) will be processed on the next business day (24 hours).

Paid orders received after 12:01 pm (PST) will be processed on the 2nd business day (48 hours). Note:  Orders are processed Monday thru Friday.  If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be considered as received for Monday and processed the following business day. 

Return Policy: 

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind before an item has shipped, we will gladly refund your money, 100%.   After shipment, or an item's receipt, you must notify us of your request to return the item within 72 hours of receipt, and a 10% restocking fee, plus return shipping, may apply. 

Damage: 

Manufacturer - Products that have manufacturer defect will gladly be returned/replaced without additional cost.  Please take photos to illustrate the damage and contact us within 72 hours of receipt for Return Authorization Instructions.

Delivering Carrier Damage - Please photograph the carrier damage and then send the photos to us (within 72 hours of item receipt) so we may file a claim with the carrier.  Hang on to the item until advised by us whether or not you need to return it, or if we simply will replace it.  Sometimes it is not worth it for us to have you return the damaged product.

We are always happy to work with you for any special circumstances! Money will be refunded via PayPal (less restocking/return shipping fee, if applicable) as soon as the item is shipped back to us.
