MATERIALS & PROCESS
Natural gemstones are used in this piece. Perfectly imperfect. It's just a part of my world view that everything and everyone has it's own natural beauty so I use all my stones in their purest state. I feel it's simply a matter of really looking at something and bringing it's inner beauty to light. I frequently use mixed metals in my work please do read the discription. For example the posts may be of stainless steel or sterling while the dnagle may be silver filled. I use high
quality backings for hypo-allergic.

SHIP & SHOP INFO
with 24 hours of completion with delivery confirmation. All sales are final however if your item arrives damaged or if a ring looses it's stone within 10 day you may mail it back for replacement or repair. I do all the photography do not use any of it without my consent. Your piece will NOT match the photographs. These images are shot with professional strobe lighting equipment it's very bright and your looking at it on a screen with alight source behind the image. In regular room light the piece will look different that one screen. Also there is some artistic content to my images which represents the Brand Image.

SHIPPING - is by usps with delivery conformation. I ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please note that payment with paypal & credit card is a immediate payment. When using a e check I am required to wait for it to clear to ship out your merchandise this can take 7 to 10 days.

USA - use the tracking number paypal will email you to estimate delivery time or go to your purchase history page under the purchase is your tracking number. If you do not receive the package within 10 days do contact me.

INTERNATIONAL - your custom's information is on your purchase history page. First class mail to a overseas destination form the USA can take 3 - 5 weeks. Please be patent with the longer shipping times I use usps because it is the least expensive way to ship for you. Almost $30 less than the alternatives and it keeps my prices affordable for you.

RETURNS - As these items are one of a kind I do not accept returns if you do not like it or it does not fit, However if your piece is damaged in shipping or looses it's gemstone within the first ten days it will be replaced. All you need to do is send me a photo via ebay messages. We do not cover  your return ship charges however your original ship is refunded along with the purchase price. Agian, In the event your item is damaged in shipping contact me for assistance & a replacement.

REFUNDS - are always back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation that the moneys are back in your account from paypal please do check it to verify the funds have been returned.
