If your item is 'lost in the post' we do RESEND the item (and NOT refund) please allow the time for this eventuality. We have extremely fast turnaround times but it's up to Royal Mail once the item is at the sorting office .

We try our hardest but cannot guarantee that your monitor and description of a shade will match with ours.   IF YOU NEED AN EXACT COLOUR OR SHADE OF AN ITEM  If you email We can provide a ‘Pantone’ ref shade which you can research. Our pictures and assessment of shades are merely a GUIDE (thus avoiding ‘item not as described’)

 If you change your mind about an item you have bought  We will exchange or refund item price on receipt of ‘as sold’ item.

Returns must be in ‘as sold’ condition , ie. Unopened /undamaged packaging
