i.e. no missing pixels or bleeding LCDs and that it makes and receives calls.

 As far as I know it is in working order with no known faults.

For WHAT EVER reason you are not happy with this product and its returned within fourteen days, in it's original condition, a refund of the winning auction bid amount will be issued, but not the original postage and packing cost.
