Readers will be tested for power, Ethernet connection, and connection to the computer as seen in photo 2.  
Each reader has different cosmetic damage. Mostly scratches, scuffs, and dust from storage. 

 Power supply needed for this item and IT IS NOT INCLUDED. 

We have been told by another eBay-er that these are US readers, as opposed to World readers and cannot be configured to operate at EU or Australian frequencies.
