I am more than happy to replace or refund if you are unhappy with the item received, please contact me as there is always a solution and I want you to be 100% happy! In the event of any breakages or damage in transit caused by Royal Mail/Courier I will require a photo in order to make a claim. I will refund any postage paid plus the cost of the item if the item has been incorrectly listed or damaged/broken. Buyer to pay for return postage if it is due to a change of mind. I am a fair and genuine seller and would ask that if you have any concerns to contact me before leaving feedback.
I am always happy to combine postage so please let me know before paying, so that I can amend your invoice, I cannot amend once you have paid.
I am sorry but my settings are set so that all non payers automatically get reported to Ebay.
I always keep proof of postage as this has cut down on buyers claiming they have not received their item. I require payment within 4 days unless previously arranged with me i.e if you are bidding on a few items over several days.
