Make your reeds more Colorful! Rigotti Oboe and Bassoon Reed Thread is very high quality reed thread, and has a weight of Tex 126. These 270 yard spools are single ended and the thread thickness is rated FF, which is the standard thickness used in making Oboe and Bassoon reeds. Compared to other brands, the Rigotti thread is very slightly thinner, and because of this many oboists prefer this thread over the other brands we have available. 10 different colors are available in this thread.

However, Reeds cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. We are happy to replace or exchange reeds damaged in shipment, but you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the reed order for an exchange.
