For your consideration is a Mazda 6 Sedan Trunk Lock and Actuator Assembly with two mounting bolts and a snap connector.  

Condition: Good working condition with some minor surface marks.

Testing: The latch opens and closes and I tested the actuator for proper function with a 12v battery.
