The tracking code is always loaded in every order shipped and will be communicated to you both via eBay and email. If your package is in stock we will notify you and do everything in our possession to release the shipment.
The return to the sender of the product is at your expense and under your responsibility and can be made using the courier you prefer. Within (14) fourteen (14) days from the date of your return (art. 57 Consumer Code) you must return the products intact, labeled and in their original packaging, if provided for (plastic bag or box depending on the type of article), attaching the delivery document inside the package.
Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
