Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are automatically calculated on checkout. We ship all our orders through Australia Post. You can use the tracking number provided to track your item on Australia Post's website. For combined shipping, please contact us for a quote. If you purchase multiple items you can add them to cart individually and then request for total postage (desktop ebay version only).

Delivery time:

Delivery time is based on location, we ship our orders within 2 business days unless notified differently.

Returns & Cancellations

Animeworks has a strict no return policy. Unless the item is significantly damaged, wrong or not as described we do not return items. We do not cancel transactions that have been committed for purchase. No exceptions. If a family member completes a transaction under your account it is assumed you have given them permission to do so since they have access to your account information.
