This machine is great and has been well taken care of. It makes great shots with lots of flexibility in terms of quantity. You can cut it off early for a 'ristretto' or pull a 'lungo' shot if you want. Very gently used, features all the original components, as pictured.

Features:

Simple Brewing: Fill the pressurized portafilter to level with finely ground espresso and twist the portafilter onto the brew head. Press the brew button to initiate brewing and then press again to stop.

Frothing Tip For Perfect Foam: Like magic, your Via Venezia steaming wand will make beautiful foam just by slipping on the panarello frothing tip. Mounted on a swivel joint, the wand conveniently swings aside and clean up is a snap.

Don't Let the Grind Get You Down: The right pressure used to pack a portafilter makes a huge difference in the quality of espresso produced. The Via Venezia's heavy-duty pressurized portafilter does away with that concern by pressurizing the brewing chamber to improve extraction, promoting the perfect brewing conditions.

Big Water Tank: The 98 ounce water reservoir is prefect for home entertaining. You can brew a number of espressos and then refill the reservoir right where it's at, even if it is still brewing. Simple to remove, the reservoir can also be carried to a faucet.

Powerful Pump: The Saeco Via Venezia boasts a powerful vibratory pump rated at 15 BAR of pressure, the same pump found on top of the line Saeco espresso machines to pull maximum flavor from the coffee beans.

Removable Cup Tray, Drip Pan & Cup Warming Shelf: Removable cup tray and plastic drip pans make clean up simple. The drip pan can be removed during brewing to provide additional clearance for taller cups. The passive cup warmer keeps your mug toasty.

Return policies:

We offer a 14-day Standard Return Policy on all of our eBay listings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send us a message and we will do our best to correct the issue. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt that the item does not function as described.

If you return your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee to cover the processing and handling costs at the warehouse. The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it. Once the item has been returned, AllMerce will confirm that the unit does not work as advertised. Your refund will be then be processed and completed.

Items sold with "as-is" or "untested" in the description have no warranty or return privileges. There are no exceptions.

Shipping policies:

We can only ship to 'PayPal Confirmed' addresses. We will not ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address. Shipping to a different address is possible, however you must first add this address to your PayPal account as a 'primary address' and this must be done before placing your order.

Tracking and insurance is included with your purchases. We supply tracking information directly to your eBay account within 24 hours after the shipment leaves our facility. Please make sure that our email messages don't go into spam or junk.

We ship to the lower-48 States of the U.S.A. If purchasing from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico an applicable shipping surcharge will be applied to all sales. If purchasing from an APO / FPO / DPO address, expect delays in delivery times and the package will only be shipped via USPS or FedEx Smartpost.

We ship internationally ONLY if you checkout through the 'eBay Global Shipping Program.'

We ship all orders within one (1) business day after payment has been received. If payment is collected before 12pm PST, we will do our best to ship your order the same day. If payment is made Friday afternoon, your order will be shipped the following Monday with the exception of National Holidays.

Lastly, we take pride in our packaging. We insure your item is packed, wrapped, and protected to the highest standard. Packages are mailed in USPS Priority Mail, single wall, or double walled cardboard boxes- for heavier items. Each item is wrapped with bubble wrap and/or recycled butcher stock paper (40-50lb). We also use 3" wide tape to help ensure your package reaches your door safe and secure.
