This is a brand new black speaker grill for the ProMedia 2.1, 4.1 and v.2-400 subwoofers. It ships next day from the Midwest.  

To remove your grill, you may lay a dental probe flat against the side of the sub, with the point entering and catching one of the holes in the grill where it bends to enter into the recessed groove in the outer edge of the sub's speaker. Then place a flat bladed screwdriver between the subwoofer's side and the dental probe and twist the screwdriver blade to force the grill to pop up and away from the enclosure. Reinsert the dental probe a few inches to either side of the starting point and work around the outer edge until the grill pops off.
