GENUINE Honda New Old Stock Parts here! (aka NOS)  Many of these parts have been sitting on a dealer's shelves for years, so there may be some dust. There may be some shelf wear.  Regardless of whether the item is loose, bin-filled or individually packaged, I assure you the part is GENUINE Honda!

FITMENT/ BUYER NEED:

I ask, and expect, buyer to verify their own fitment of whether the part fits their application/machine.  I also expect buyer to verify their needs. Buyers often ask me if the part fits xxx machine.  In the past, many buyers have misdiagnosed the year, make, model, or version of their own machine, only to be upset the part doesn't fit, when in fact, the buyer ordered the wrong part due to their own error.  There are several websites in which you can look up OEM parts schematics or diagrams to obtain the proper part number you need.  In some descriptions, I do list some of the fitment for some parts in the title.  Regardless of what description or eBay listing title states, I do expect all buyers to verify fitment for exact year, make and model for themselves PRIOR to ordering.

PHOTOS/ ORDER FULFILLMENT:

These listings have been uploaded with Stock photo.  Pictures will be taken and uploaded shortly for these listings.  Photos are of the item I have available at time of photo being taken.  That being said, I am constantly getting new inventory and backfilling existing inventory.  Since inventory is being stored in many fashions (loose, bin-filled, individually packaged, etc.)due to it coming from different sources, different dealers, and different era's of how Honda packaged or sent to dealer's, and/or how the dealer stored, the part you receive may not be the exact part pictured (maybe the picture shows individually packaged, and you get loose bin filled item, or vice versa). This is not trickery, or anything.  It comes down to the inventory constantly being rotated and refreshed.  It does me no good to play games with you as the buyer.  My intent is to provide a good NOS part at the cheapest price on eBay.

HANDLINGTIME:

Handling time on my listings is listed as 3 days, which eBay constitutes as business days.  99.99% of time, my listings are shipped within 24 business hours.  There are rare exceptions when I am chasing more inventory where it is not out within 24 hours, but those are rare exceptions. The idea is to under promise and over deliver.  Take a look at my feedback in regards to shipping times/speed if you have concerns.

SHIPPINGSERVICE / TIME:

Shipping service on my listings is economy shipping, which eBay defines as 10 days in their listing guidelines.  I ship my items USPS First Class, which again is under promise and over deliver.  eBay often lists expected delivery dates on the listing.  Please understand, eBay is giving you those projected dates, not the seller.  Please refer to time frames listed above to make your decision and or follow up if not received.  Again, if you have concerns over shipping speed, please refer to my feedback.  You will see people are generally quite pleased.  USPS has been known to disappoint from time to time.

PARTSAVAILABILITY / QUANTITIES:

100%of all parts inventory is listed on eBay.  The quantity is the quantity.  I don't have a secret stash of extra parts.  If it's listed I have it, if it's not listed I do NOT have it.  When I get new inventory, I try to list it ASAP.

RETURNS:

I do NOT accept returns, so please make sure you verify fitment and need.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I aim to please.  There is no trickery and/or tom foolery.  If you’re not satisfied, I will do whatever I can do (within reason) to resolve your concern.

BUYERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:

eBay is under the process of converting sellers to accept different payment methods. As a result, this is causing technical issues with international purchases.  They have provided clarification for buyers below:

 Hello,

You can copy and paste this verbiage for your international buyers as we continue to being our international sites into Managed Payments:

-----------

The way to make this purchase is to log on to 'www.ebay.com' (not ebay.ca) using your same login credentials.

From there, go to your "My eBay" and the item on the account and select the Pay Now button or go to your shopping cart and checkout. From there, you will need to use your PayPal account to complete the payment for the item.

I hope this helps and if you still need assistance, please open a chat with eBay from the Help Bar option on the side of your checkout window on the ebay.com site. eBay will be happy to help if needed.

Thanks,

Brian
