All items are dispatched within 1 working day.

UK Economy postage takes a further 3-5 working days from dispatch to delivery whereas UK Express postage takes a further 1 working day from dispatch to delivery and products from our warehouse based outside UK might take little bit extra time.

Domestic UK and International purchases are shipped by Royal Mail or courier. We do not ship some items to some parts of the UK and Europe. For full details please check our Postage & Payment Section in the listing as it varies by product to product.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders were it is subsequently found that posting the item would breach local postal restrictions or laws. Should this be the case we will arrange a full refund via your Paypal. Please also bear in mind that delivery times quoted on eBay are an estimate and are not guaranteed. Localised delays can occur throughout the postal network which are not taken in to account by eBay's estimates. We ask in good faith that you leave an additional 3 working days for delivery after the estimated date prior to raising a claim against us. This helps us keep our ratings high and ultimately our prices low.

We do not offer collection on any of our items as no stock is held at our registered company address.

Orders will be fulfilled by our own warehouse or a 3rd party supplier at our discretion.

RETURNS/PROBLEMS

Returns accepted within 30 days, with return shipping costs non-refundable. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and include (but not limited to) mattresses, duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken, swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed, underwear, and earrings. Perishable food items are also excluded from return. Games and media items must be returned unopened. Please ask for further details if required prior to purchase.

Please send us message direct through ebay messaging if an item is damaged, broken or incorrect so we can promptly track and resolve any issues.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.

It is not our intention to mislead buyers into purchasing our items, so please read title and description carefully.

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
