Made by thread rolling, this produces a much stronger, cleaner, more durable and accurate thread than a one which has been made by cutting.

Overall length 116mm.

Threads are M8 x 1.25mm.

Thread lengths 28mm (measured to the end) & 14mm.

Centre OD 8.0mm.

A lot of the F1 parts we sell (please check out my other auctions) are sold purely as interesting pieces of motorsport memorabilia, however we've worked in motorsport for many years now, both running cars and being involved in designing and building custom built single seat racecars, because of this we have built up a very good idea of the type of parts that could be used for various other applications (not just motorsport) that require well made and quality parts, either for structural / load bearing parts or for neatly finishing an installation.

Also as its often a lot easier to modify an existing part to suit your needs there's a chance we may have something that could be of use to you. Or as the quality of these parts is so high that it could be worth designing / manufacturing other parts to suit these.
