I have tried to show all sides of the bell

The design is a dragon curling round the bell.

they have a movable clanger, which makes a slight noise, but not a ring.

A lovely bell without a clanger, its a lovely design ideal for weddings 

or have been used as a thimble charm in wool craft themes.
