• Priority Shipment: Test and ship before normal orders (within 1 business day usually.)
• Includes a USB Key thumb drive tested and booting to an OS (CENTOS) to make extra sure your server is good in working order.
• Extends Hardware Warranty to 90 days.
• We cover shipping cost on returns and replacements.
• Restocking fees are waived, and if exchanging an item the warranty will extend to the new system.

Shipping cost:

• We do our best to ship all items within 1 business day however we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Most items ship via Fed Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail but we opt for the lowest cost option if product is under $100.
• If faster shipping is required please feel free to contact us for an overnight or priority shipping quote.

Returns:

• Unless specifically stated, all items are used.
