Each colour option has its own code which can be found on the side of the frames in your opticians. This relates to the specific colour of the frame. Our colour drop down list shows both the code and the colour of each option.

CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE

The size of the frames are also shown on the frame, generally written on the side but in some cases on the inside of the bridge.

Our diagram below shows what those measurements mean:

Example = 50 x 18 x 145

50 = Lens Width

18 = Bridge Size

145 = Side Length

Understanding our dispatch times

Once you place your order with us, we will order them directly for you from their worldwide manufacturers, Luxottica in Italy.

- Generally they arrive with us ready to post to you in 5-10 working days.

- As soon as they arrive we will have these checked, packed and sent for you the same day.

- All tracking details are added to eBay so you can keep an eye on its status.

We work hard to keep our listings up to date with available colours and sizes, but be aware that these suppliers are fulfilling hundreds of orders every day. There are always going to be instances where certain colours and sizes are awaiting new stock runs or are being phased out.

If this happens with your order we will always let you know straight away and will offer a discount if your order takes longer than our estimated dispatch times, or a discount on an alternative model if they are not available. This is very rare but it does happen.

Returns

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt.

After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment problems or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Delivery

Dispatch Times - Most RayBan models are in stock in Italy. As we have such a wide array of optical frames / sunglasses on sale we typically order these in for customers rather than sending the frames from shelf as we do not keep all models in stock.

The typical dispatch times can vary depending on the manufacturers location but as these come from Luxottica in Italy this is typically 5 - 10 working days. We will contact you if there are any further delays.

Payment

Payment - All PayPal payments must be received within 7 days of auction end. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of paypal e-cheques from date of receipt.
