A payment reminder will be sent to you automatically if we are awaiting payment. Your order will only be dispatched once full payment has been made.

Shipping & Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the UK.

We dispatch all orders made before 4 pm on the same day and any after the mentioned time will be sent the following morning. (excluding weekends and National holidays).

All orders made on Saturday before 12 am will also be dispatched on the same day.

We only ship to Ebay confirmed address. Buyers have the responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact information before payment.

We offer a 30 days return guarantee of our products. Returned items should be in the original package and please mark your eBay ID and return reason on the package.

We will cover the postage if the item is defective due the manufacture problem, for which photos must be provided for confirmation

The buyer will cover the return postage if the reason for return is purchasing the wrong colour, placing wrong order or any reason other than quality problems.
