We buy our products from reputable retailers to ensure that you are buying only authentic products. Every item we list is inspected by hand individually; all photographs are of the exact item you will receive.

We understand the concerns you may have with online shopping and we do our utmost to be clear and accurate about the condition of the items you are considering. Any item that is less than first quality "new in box" or "new with tags" will have a condition description explaining what you can expect, and if there are any flaws or defects to be concerned with they will be described.

All payments are accepted through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you may still purchase the item using Paypal's "Guest Checkout" feature. Simply purchase the item and fill in your credit card information as appropriate.

Credit card payments should clear within a few minutes and you should receive a confirmation email shortly after you have paid.

Check your payment/shipping status:

Log into your My eBay account. Go to the "Purchase history" section. All orders for up to 60 days prior are listed. The items are broken up into three sections: "Awaiting Payment," "Shipped," and "Awaiting Feedback." You can also hover above the icons next to each item to see the payment status and shipping status on each item.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all our orders. Standard shipping is generally provided by FedEx Smartpost. This service uses the FedEx distribution network to get the item to your local post office; from there it is handed over to the USPS to handle the delivery to your doorstep. For our customers who wish faster shipping times we offer value-priced upgrades to USPS Priority 2-3 Business day shipping leveraging our discounted shipping costs to provide this service at the lowest prices possible. You may purchase upgraded shipping service at checkout.

All shipping times are given as business days; please remember to add in weekends and federal holidays for a more accurate estimate of delivery time.

For international customers, we ship internationally using the Global Shipping program. We deliver the item to their international processing center in Kentucky, whereupon a third party provider handles customs, international shipping, and other importing conditions. Please understand we do not control the prices charged for international shipping and that our free shipping provision only extends to delivery to the Kentucky processing center.

New with box

A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag) and/or with the original tags attached.

New without box

A brand-new, unused, and unworn item (including handmade items) that is not in original packaging or may be missing original packaging materials (such as the original box or bag). The original tags may not be attached. For example, new shoes (with absolutely no signs of wear) that are no longer in their original box fall into this category.

New with defects

Pre-owned

An item that has been used or worn previously. Please see our description under the "Condition" section in the advertised listing. Many items that are listed as pre-owned come to us as internet returns that department stores have determined cannot be resold because of damaged boxes or light wear on the soles. If there are issues with a pre-owned item that are greater than this we will describe it in the condition section of our advertisement.

Please note that since we provide free shipping upfront in order to maintain competitive pricing we do not pay for return shipping costs. Once you open a return you will have the option to pay for a return label at our commercial account price and print it at home.

To Return an item:

- Login to your eBay account

- Go to My eBay

- Select Purchase History

- Select the item

- From the More Actions button, located under the Leave Feedback tab select Return Item

- Select wrong size or doesn't fit as the reason.
