This is for a stylish vintage art deco ceramic figural corkscrew from the 1930s. The handle is fashioned with a Gentleman from that era with a black top hat and jacket and nice hand painted detailing to his hair and features. It is in excellent condition with light wear as seen on the pics and the figure alone measures 60mm (2.25") tall and the whole corkscrew is 120mm (4.75") long.
