CUSTOMER INFORMATION:

All items listed are described accurately to the best of our ability. Measurements and descriptions are realistically stated and not exaggerated to impress. All items, new or otherwise, are carefully checked before listing and any small defects found are mentioned. 

Please note discretion is assured when purchasing from dee_cluttering - all goods are sent out under plain cover so please feel completely free to shop with total confidence.

POSTAGE

UK

Any parcel with a value in excess of £30 will be sent using the Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service. Proof of posting is obtained in all instances.

International

The tracking of parcels sent outside of the UK is not included in the stated p&p costs. Courier or tracking services can be arranged if required and will be charged at cost. Dee_cluttering cannot provide any assistance in tracking parcels if tracking services are not used.

PAYMENT

Payment is required within 4 days of purchase or we reserve the right to relist the item. Sorry but only PAYPAL can be accepted as a payment method from non-UK purchasers.

RETURNS

Any returns must be made within 15 days of receipt – return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended that returns are sent using a Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service – dee-cluttering will not be held responsible for returned items that are not received by us for any reason.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as dispatched, e.g. unworn and labelled, as appropriate. Refunds will be made subject to the successful cancellation of the relevant ebay transaction in order to recover ebay selling fee’s.
