This is an original 1906 G.W. Bromley, Boston, Roxbury (Ward 17), Massachusetts plat atlas map.  It includes Vose Piano Factory, Boston Consolidated Gas Company, South Bay and Vetinary Hospital and Fire Department. It measures 22" x 32" and is in EX condition.

Plate 39: covers from South Bay Ave. to Massachusetts Ave. and from Hilton St. to New England Railroad.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick, Yellow is Wood and Brown is Stone. White Box with an X = Stable or Shed.  See key for what all the symbols indicate.
