The S-Tech Fork Springs are designed for tough off-road use. They are manufactured according to DIN-ISO quality 1 and 9000/2000, subjected to continuous quality control.
Features:
• Made of high quality chrome-silicon spring steel
• Both ends sanded
• Heat treated and
• The default (-> minimal setting losses)
• Strengthens surface (ball blasted)
• Very high block resistance
• Very small lateral forces with ideal positioning of the motor axis relative to the spring axis
• parallelism and accurate as of the spring ends to each other under the loaded and unloaded condition
• Very small tolerances: inner diameter di ± 0.25%, spring rate C ± 2.5%
