Genuine GM Cadillac

will be very clean, good condition!
cases are great!  pads are beginning to show wear,
some fading. Remotes toward the end of inventory
may have a very worn pad! I take apart all these remotes
and repair the push buttons on the board so you will
have a perfectly good working remote.  Pad not as good
looking as you, but the board is!  all remotes available
are pictured above, best goes out 1st.

New Battery Installed, ALL BUTTONS ON THE CIRCUIT
BOARD ARE PERFECT!  WHO ELSE DOES THAT!?
why buy a nasty, dirty, faded remote with
a dead battery and worn out circuit board buttons?!

LISTING IS FOR 1 REMOTE.

send me your vin and I'll try to make
sure this is the correct remote for your car.

remote has to be synced to your car

1996 Fleetwood:

  1. Insert Key Into Ignition

INSERT key into the Ignition and TURN to the ON/RUN position (just shy of cranking engine).

  2. Locate Programming Connector

LOCATE the Programming Connector in the Driver’s side of the trunk. You may have to remove trim in order to access.

  3. The Programming Connector will have two wires and a plug on the end of it with 2 ports.

  4. Jump Programming Connector – Enter Programming Mode

Use a paperclip or similar conductive ground wire to JUMP the Programming Connector by connecting the two ports. Be sure you are making contact with the metal inside of each connector port. The vehicle should now cycle door locks LOCK / UNLOCK to indicate successful entry into Programming Mode.

  5. Program Remote

PRESS the UNLOCK button on the first remote to be programmed 2 times in 1 second intervals. System should now cycle door locks LOCK / UNLOCK to indicate successful programming of the remote.

  6. Program Additional Remotes

REPEAT Step 4 for any additional remotes to be programmed, including working ones.

  7. Exit Programming Mode

REMOVE the jumper wire, TURN the Ignition to the OFF position and REMOVE the key from the Ignition to EXIT Programming Mode.

  8. Test Remotes

TEST all remotes. Programming is complete.
