We  always send the item to the address you give us on PAYPAL so please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your  order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. If you have changed your address, or want us to  ship to another address, please change to the new address when you pay us with  PAYPAL.

If  the item is damaged in transit or any severe quality problems, please contact us immediately and provide the evidence(like photos), and we'll  ship  the replacement within 1-2  business day. Please note Damage caused by neglect or misuse is not covered. 

For  lost items (The tracking result shows the item is in transit for an abnormal long  time),  replacements can only be processed after the carrier has completed the package  investigation. Please note, when tracking result shows the item is delivered but you can’t  locate it, please contact the carrier for further investigation.  

Wise Violin warrants offers ONE  YEAR warranty for the instruments from the date of  purchase.  Warranty applies only to original purchaser of instrument.

Please  see below for limitations and restrictions to this warranty.

1. Warranty does not cover strings, bridges, cases or other free accessories Damage caused by neglect or misuse of  instrument is not covered. Delicate instruments are affected  by climatic conditions. Exposure to excessive heat, cold, dryness, or moisture  is considered neglect. Instrument adjustment is not covered  by this warranty. To avoid seam openings or cracks  caused by extreme or sudden changes in temperature or humidity, please protect  your instrument by maintaining humidity levels between 40% and 70%, and do not  expose your instrument to temperatures above or below those generally found  comfortable by people (roughly 55-90 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Normal wear caused by normal use of  items is not covered by this warranty Natural products, such as wood, cannot be  guaranteed against cracking, seam separation, warping of fingerboard.

3. Wise  Violin will,  at its option, repair or replace any instruments found to have been defective in  materials or construction problem.

4. Wise Violin reserves the right to make changes to this  warranty. The policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.

We accept return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds  are processed through PayPal within 1-2 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping fee  is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of seller's  mistake.
