Assembly using Doctor Ben's Hypo-Cement for
tiny delicate parts as well as most plastic cements and painting

Instructions to Weather this Product -
Seriously, this is NOT rocket science-it’s just weathering! We applied
two coats of Doctor Ben’s Instant Age Weathering Solution (#1152)
diluted 50/50 with Isopropyl Alcohol (70%) allowing the IA to dry
between coats & then applied diluted Doctor Ben’s Realistic Rust
Weathering Solution (#1150) down the steel plates imbedded in the ramp.

Originally, Tom Yorke originally based this design on
the Sierra Railroad's facility in Jamestown, California; high in the
"mother loade." Lots of updates & some obvious changes...
Large Precision Cut sliding doors may be positioned inside or
outside of the building; 2) We added a Loading Dock for Railroad access;
3) There is a stone foundation with a cast basement access (lower right
of picture; 4) Precision Cut bracing in the cupola vent to simplify the
construction process 5) Exterior details-some shown

BRAND NEW pre-cast right & left Labstone Retaining Walls (image below)
for both the Oven level walls and the lower retaining stone walls. No

Timber Tunnel Portal is an original master creation by masterful modeler
Scott Perry. All castings include detail wood grains (not too much) and
NBW (nut, bolt & washer) castings molded in place. All you have to do is
stain and install!. Really, you don't know a really easy and fast way to
stain resin & LabStone castings? Just Ask Doctor Ben! The overall
dimensions of this Tunnel Portal are 4.875" wide by 4.875" tall and 1/2"
thick. The NMRA Standards opening is 3.75" tall by 2 15/16" wide.

Interlocking Stone Foundation & Retaining Walls (#9235 through #9239)
are high Quality, unfinished "tan" LabStone Castings.
Each
wall is cast
from an original master pattern by Thomas Yorke. These Interlocking
Walls originated as foundation supports for our W. B. Davis & Co and
Black Smith Shop O/1;48-Scale Craftsman kits.
The overall dimensions of each
"individual" INTERLOCKING STONE FOUNDATION Wall is 1-3/4" Tall by 7-1/2"
