it adjusts between 12-14" (not including adjusting the lacing in front, which can give you a couple more inches up to about 16" or so) 

so is best for people with fairly long necks, between 10 and 15" around.

if that is too small, i have a similar necklace but with chains in back, that's a bit longer. search "r1" in my store to find it.
