ProOne® Water Filters has made it simple to remove these added pollutants from the water you drink daily.  Here at ProOne®, we understand the importance of truly clean water. We have designed multiple products to help minimize contaminants found in your drinking water, whether that be for the home, travel or for preparedness.     

     Founded in 2011, our small Michigan company has been looking for ways to bring healthy drinking water to all corners of the earth. Our products are distributed not only here in the States, but internationally in order to provide purification to as many areas as possible.

								We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Orders mainly ship out within one day from order Monday - Friday.  Orders received during the weekend mainly ship the following Monday.

* Free shipping within the United States via USPS Priority or UPS (method of shipping depends on the size and weight of the item being shipped)

* International shipping provided via the eBay Global Shipping program

Terms

								We pride ourselves in our products and on our customer service.  Our products, depending on the item, carry a limited warranty to the original purchaser that ranges from 90-days to 2-years on manufacturer's defects and workmanship.  If at anytime you see or feel a problem with your Propur item, please contact us as we also have a technical services team that can answer questions, talk you through a problem remedy on your product or help with a warranty repair/replacement.

Returns

								Please message our Customer Service team with any questions or problems you may have regarding your Propur item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is a problem with the item itself, Propur® offers a 30-day money back guarantee to the original purchaser from date of purchase. 

The Customer Service team will walk you through our returns process and  issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA).  Items being returned must be in their original packaging, with all parts and materials, including a copy of original receipt showing proof of purchase.  Return shipping is at the customer's expense.  Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise of its content, Propur® will issue a refund excluding shipping charges.
