We ship Priority Mail on most orders (over $225) and include free tracking and insure all shipments for the full sale price. 

International Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. 

All duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If you are INSIDE the USA, please allow and 2-3 days for PRIORITY MAIL

If you are OUTSIDE the USA, please allow 14-75 days for delivery. Canada can be as few as 7 days while distant countries such as Brazil, Italy, or Russia have seen as much as 75 days or more. Don't be frustrated with customs and international mail practices, please be patient. Mail can be slow at times.

Pre-owned Watches and Jewelry

Returns will be gladly accepted on any pre-owned watch or piece of jewelry within 3 days upon delivery of goods.

We must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped. Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us to discuss options should you want to return your watch! 

Any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn will not be accepted.

 We will not be able to issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the case or band.

All packaging and manuals included with the return product must be received in the same condition as originally sent to the customer.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to us.

We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery. Insurance is highly recommended for the return package.

All domestic returns not accepted will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, via fully insured USPS Priority shipping.
