You are buying for a Lovely Victorian Silver plate tilting water pitcher & stand. it has a goblet that sits on part of the stand, and is designed to tilt forward and pour ice chilled water into the goblet.


This is a beautiful Victorian Silver plate Tilting Water Pitcher with stand and goblet. It has a pretty pattern in the both bottom of the stand and pitcher.  I try to give you more pictures than the words to describe it. The goblet and pitcher seems from the different company for the pitcher bottom is marked as "MERIDEN SILVER, QUADRUPLE PLATE" with top number is 55 and lower number is 423.  goblet bottom marked as "SOUTHINGTON.C.CO , QUADRUPLE PLATE". The number is 17, see the picture. 


pitcher 12 inch tall by 6.5 inch wide. The stand is approx. 17 inch tall x 9 inch wide.

goblet: 5  high, and 3" wide 


The condition is fair, although the pitcher and goblet have a lovely shine, the pitcher has areas of silver loss and one small dent, the goblet condition is quite good.
