Up for sale is the 2010 Halo Jun Figure. It is in good used condition. On the bottom of its foot it says "2010 Microsoft. 2010 1MP intl". It stands approx 5.5" tall. Please see pics. All joints are still tight and it poses very nicely. Does not come with any accessories.

Bidding

Generally speaking, what you see is what you get. It is strictly your responsibility to ensure that this item will meet your intended needs and purpose. All sales are final and all items subject to prior sale.

Returns

All items are sold “AS IS”. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for returning item. Once the item is returned and received it will be inspected and a refund will be provided within 10 days. Fees for shipping returns are the responsibility of the buyer

Payment

I accept Paypal. I do not accept personal checks. Please do not send cash.

I expect to hear from the winning bidder within 3 days of the auction closing and payment within 5 days. If something comes up let us know and I will work with you if possible. If payment isn’t received within this time period and I have not heard from you then the item will be re-listed and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Shipping

I usually ship your item 1-2 days after receiving cleared payment. I want to ensure that you get your item quickly.

Buyer to pay for fixed shipping and handling.

This shipping fee applies to the lower 48 states.

Please contact me for S&H fees if being sent to Alaska or Hawaii.

I will combine shipping for multiple items whenever possible. However, this is a business and I have to cover the cost of my time and shipping supplies.

If the carrier shows the package has been delivered, but is missing or damaged by carrier, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Insurance

All items that are worth $50.00 and up will have insurance included in the shipping cost. Items that are fragile will have insurance included in the shipping price. Buyer is responsible for filing a damage claim with the carrier.
