For sale are galvanized blue zinc reproduction latch closures for many of the small cases used in the German army during WWII.  A few examples are the travelling cases used with the BMW motorcycle and the cases for the Torn EB radio and Torn Fu D2 radio.  The sale is compromised of one latch and one fastener hook; machine screws are NOT included in the sale.  This latch measures 74 x 27 mm and the fastener hook measures 17 x 15 mm.  Since these latches and hooks were produced in Germany all holes are metric.  Photo #3 compares the reproduction latch against a German army latch from WWII.  Photo #4 shows an original latch on the side of an original Torn EB radio battery and accessory case.  A single set of one latch and one fastener hook weighs approximately 1.8 ounces.  Photos courtesy Toadjumper Militaria.
