Shipping Policy:

* Damaged On Arrival (DOA):

- Please contact us immediately and DO NOT dispose of the damaged good.

- Photos will be required of the damaged items and packaging. This will be passed on to the delivery company for further investigation.

- Damaged item must be returned back to Nescoff with proof of postage retained.

- A like to like replacement will be dispatched only once the damaged item is received. Refunds issued only if the coffee is out of stock.
