This is an original 1888 G.W. Bromley, Plat Atlas Map of (Ward 22) in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. It includes the Back Bay, Charlesgate East, the Lief Ericson Statue and other notable buildings.

Plate 19: covers from West Chester Park to Charlesgate East and from the Boston and Albany Rail Road to the Charles River.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick,Yellow is Wood and Brown is Stone. Yellow Box with an X = Stable or Shed. See key for what all the symbols indicate.
