In case of withdrawal from the contract shall be refunded all its payments to Safarà sewing and Safarà home, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the eventual choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive than standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has not expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, will not have to incur any costs as a result of this reimbursement. The customer is only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same.

If the customer decides to send the goods subject to withdrawal, has full responsibility on shipping until receipt in our warehouse. If the goods are damaged during transportation Safarà Sewing shall notify the customer thereof (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at its stores), to enable him to have a timely complaint against the shipper of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for return, cancelling the request for withdrawal.

Safarà Sewing does not respond in any way damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

In the case of sending of the goods by the customer, the refund will be suspended until the date of its receipt at the warehouse of Safarà sewing or, Alternatively, until such time as the customer will certify delivery using receipt.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

the right applies to product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to withdraw only part of the purchased product (ex: Accessories, software attachments, etc.);

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), where Safarà Sewing finds:

diligent use of the asset which has compromised the integrity, or the use of any consumables; the lack of external and/or internal packaging; the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.); damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.

In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at Safarà, available for pick up at your expense.
