It includes the Back Bay, The Fens, the future homes of the Boston Conservatory, Albert Alphin Library and Berklee College.

Plate 18: covers from Back Bay Fens to West Chester Park and from Baldwin Street to the Boston and Albany Rail Road.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick,Yellow is Wood and Brown is Stone. Yellow Box with an X = Stable or Shed. See key for what all the symbols indicate.
